Collecting activity Figures - How to Start?

This guide will teach you, step-by-step how to start your activity figures collection.

What I want by collecting activity figures?

Kid Barbie Dolls

The first thing you should ask yourself is:

"Do I want to play with my activity figures, or just buy to see they sealed on the wardrobe?"

Probably, if you are old, will not have time to play with your collectibles. You just want to arrive at home, open your wardrobe, and see all your variety here. Those rare ones you always desire to have.

But, if you are a teen or kid (or are buying to your childrens) will have a lot of time to play with activity figures. Then you should look for news packages (they are economy than vintage).

Do not forget to study for best prices.

Everybody says that you are too old for collecting?

Just forget what peoples say about collecting toys. Gain is a type of art. And it does not matter if you are collecting activity figures, cars, or barbie dolls.

Anyway, to prevent problems, just say that you are buying for your kids. (be sure that you have kids!)

Beware Repacks

Some times clubs re-package their toys. They use the same sculpt, but a new package.

If you do not want to waste your money with the same sculpt, pay attention!

Buying two equals is not just a bad thing, read the next topic.

Equals Sculpt

There is two reasons for buying equals activity figures:
Use one to play, and one to store: If you have kids, they probably will love to play with your toys. Buy equals , give one to your kids, and take one for you! Store one in the traditional pack: If you plan in reselling in the future, remember that activity figures in the traditional pack are much more valuable.
